CONROY CALLED OUT FOR POLICIES TO RAISE COST OF GROCERIES, HEALTHCARE
May 6, 2026
CINCINNATI, OH – On the first day of the general election, politician Eric Conroy is already being called out for his support of policies that are making healthcare more expensive, increasing the cost of groceries and gutting medicaid. Conroy is also being exposed for fueling his campaign with corporate PAC money from Washington special interests.
A new ad released by the campaign of U.S. Rep. Greg Landsman titled, “Our Side” details:
Conroy’s support for tariffs, responsible for cost increases
Conroy’s support for the One Big, Beautiful Bill, responsible for gutting medicaid and eliminating the ACA subsidies that lowered healthcare costs for tens of thousands of Ohioans.
The Landsman campaign is planning to air this ad across the district over the coming days.
“Everyone is focused on getting costs down so it’s insane to us that Conroy supports efforts to make healthcare and groceries more expensive. He’s taking corporate PAC money and praising this unbearable economic and political status quo,” said Greg. “I’m with most of our district who hate what’s going on. I don’t take corporate PAC money and I’m determined to fix the economy and our politics. People know and like that about me.”
