New Voter ID Requirements
TO VOTE IN PERSON, you must provide ONE of the following:
Ohio Driver’s License
Ohio State ID card or interim Ohio ID issued by the BMV
US Passport or Passport Card
US Military Card, Ohio National Guard ID Card, or US Department of Veterans Affairs ID Card
A new Ohio Law requires that voters present a Photo ID when voting in person.
TO VOTE BY MAIL, you must provide ONE of the following:
Last 4 digits of social security number
Ohio Driver’s License
Ohio State ID number
Copy of US Passport or Passport Card
Copy of Ohio National Guard ID Card or US Department of Veterans Affairs ID Card
Voters may NOT provide a driver’s license from another state, utility bill, bank statement, government check, payroll check, government document, social security card, or official mail or notice from the Board of Elections.

Application must be received by by the Board of Elections by the close of business on Oct 29, 2024.
Ballot is Mailed to You
Ballots will be mailed beginning on Oct 8, 2024.

Fill Out & Return Your Ballot
Ballots must be postmarked by the day prior to the election (and received within 4 days after the election), or you may also hand deliver your ballot to the Board of Elections office by 7:30 p.m. on Election Day.
